●Increased adhesion
Adhesion to the propeller has been strengthened by adding an adhesion enhancer to the primer.
● Reduction of surface treatment
Due to the improved adhesion of the primer, the surface preparation work of polishing the propeller is reduced.
● New Peracrine PLUS is a set of antifouling paint for propellers that does not contain chromic acid compounds, which is friendly to people and the environment.
-An epoxy resin primer that forms a strong coating with excellent adhesion to the propeller surface that rotates at high speed, and a newly formulated silicone resin antifouling paint that exhibits excellent antifouling power even during the mooring period. Prevents adhesion of marine organisms to the shaft.
Note: An electric disc sander is required for installation.
Paper discs #80-240, nylon discs, etc. can be used, widening the construction range.
how to use
1. Remove marine organisms and oil from the propeller.
2. Use an electric disc sander to remove the old paint film and polish the propeller surface.
3. Please wipe with thinner. (Sea Jet Thinner A, Sea Jet Thinner D, etc.)
4. Apply two coats of Newperacrine PLUS Primer. (Please complete two coats within 90 minutes)
5. After the primer has dried, apply New Peracrine PLUS Finish. (Recommended 2 coats or thick paint)
6. After drying sufficiently, hang it down. (more than 8 hours at 20℃)
